Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
